how to get things done with a baby!

As a mom of 5, I've realized the best routine is a loose one. Example:  A nap an hour after waking up and another one 4 hours after that.

Multitasking I wear my babies constantly. You can put away laundry, start dinner, wipe down counters, and write your to-do list while wearing your baby.

Self Care for Moms I used to think self-care was a huge waste of time. Or maybe just for moms that had enough help to get everything done. We have no family around, so it's just my husband and I against our to-do list.

Self Care for Moms One bad bought of postpartum depression and now I get it. My self care looks like: A shower behind a locked door or reading on my Kindle app

Streamlining Chores All of my household stuff is part of my routine. Our robot vacuum cleans our floors every morning. Our dishwasher runs at night and is unloaded first thing in the morning.

Meal Prep Meals were 100% the most frustrating part of having a new baby. I couldn't find time to put the baby down and somehow keep him happy while chopping veggies and opening cans.

Meal Prep Now, my husband watches the kids while I meal prep. Overnight oats for breakfast Slow cooker meals whenever possible.

What we're trying now with 5 kids! Now I'm automating everything around the house that I can. I have a meal plan for each meal and every day of the week. To see our whole plan, check out the attached blog post linked blelow!

My best tips!
