Bujo Monthly Spreads – Inspiration

Bujo Monthly Spreads Inspiration

I am admittedly a bullet journal failure and have only had success with this much simpler version of a bujo.  I blame my lack of creativity and artistic ability on my complete inability to stick with bullet journaling.  I am finally sticking with planning in this exact tablet with these awesome pens that keep me inspired.  Instagram provides the rest of my inspiration for things like bujo monthly spreads and cheap bullet journal supplies.

I absolutely love the simplicity of this March spread!

Boho Berry is my Bujo spirit animal. I absolutely love her new digital planner videos. She used iPad planner for this one but I’ve seen lots of different digital planners in Instagram land lately.

This is another one from Boho Berry but this time in a paper planner. Her videos inspire me and put anyone else’s bujo skills to shame.

I’m not artistic AT ALL, so I absolutely love simple monthly spreads like this April one.

I really like this horizontal take on a monthly spread.

Time lapse monthly spread videos are my addiction on Youtube!

Daily Log Bullet Journal

The secret to being productive with your bullet journal goes beyond getting inspiration for your bujo monthly spreads.

You have to break down your monthly goals into weekly and then daily goals.

I use this much simpler version of a bullet journal to tackle my daily goals.  Go read my step-by-step instructions there.

Very quickly, the gist is to make a list of everything you need and want to get done today.

Cross things off as you go.

The next morning when you sit down with your bullet journal or planner, highlight every task that DIDN’T get done the day before, draw an arrow next to it, and write it under the new day’s tasks.

This simple planner system works amazingly well because you’re writing down unfinished tasks every single day.  This makes forgetting a task almost impossible and has skyrocketed my productivity!
